Q.1 When & how can I enquire for Admission at ALLEN? Ans. You can enquire about ALLEN courses and other information either by calling on our helpline number: +91-79-40306001, you can also visit ALLEN Ahmedabad Centers between office time between 8:00 am – 8:00 pm. Q.2 Can you send details regarding fee structure, class commencement and admission procedure through sms over mobile? Ans. No, we don’t send details regarding Admission over mobile. You can visit our website: www.allen.ac.in, call on our helpline numbers or can visit your nearest ALLEN Information Center or ALLEN Study Center. Q.3 What is the Admission Process at ALLEN Career Institute, Ahmedabad Center? Ans. Process for Admission at ALLEN includes:
(a).Collect information regarding courses, fee structure, class schedule, and class venue. You can also get detailed brochures for Classroom and Distance learning programs.
(b).Purchase and fill application form either from ALLEN all India form issue counters or from ALLEN study centers. You can also fill application form online from ALLEN website. Fee for offline form is Rs. 600/- and for online form is Rs. 500/-.
(c).Submit Application Form at any ALLEN study center or you can also send duly filled application form at any ALLEN study center. You need to affix one passport size latest photograph on application form. In case you are qualified for any scholarship please contact at ALLEN study center.
(d).Pay your course fee online via NEFT and Internet Banking. You can also pay fee into your nearest branch of Central Bank of India, HDFC Bank or Axis Bank. Also you can visit your nearest ALLEN study center to pay your fee via cash, Cheque, DD or through Credit Card/Debit Card.
(e).Collect your accessories including UID cards, uniform and study material. Pre-medical students can get study material after depositing the fee. Engineering students will get study material from their respective class counters after class commencement. The Photo ID card will be provided to the student on their respective class counter within 15 days of class commencement.
Q.4 Do you have franchise center in Ahmedabad? Ans. No this is a branch office as each and every activity is centralized by our KOTA center.
Q.5 When do I have to report at ALLEN after Admission confirmation? Ans. You can reach ALLEN center 4-5 days accordingly before class commencement so that you can make necessary arrangements for accommodation and conveyance. Q.6 I belong to Delhi and my ward wants to take admission in IIT-JEE. Can I come alone to ALLEN Ahmedabad Center or is it necessary to bring him/her for Admission formalities? Ans. Yes, you can come alone for Admission process. You have to bring one latest passport size photograph of student. Q.7 I belong to Bihar and want to take admission in IIT-JEE course in Ahmedabad Center but I am not able to come to Ahmedabad Center. Is it necessary to come to Ahmedabad Center to take admission? Ans. No, it is not necessary to come to Ahmedabad center for admission. You can purchase Application Form from our Form Issue Counters and can pay course fee online via Internet Banking and offline via Cash in any branch of HDFC Bank, AXIS Bank or Central Bank of India. For ASAT applicable courses you'll first have to qualify ASAT exam and then you can pay your course fee.
You can also purchase Application Form Online on ALLEN website: www.allen.ac.in by paying charges through Internet Banking and can also choose ‘Cash on Delivery’ option.
Q.8 I am from Assam and my ward wants to take the admission in ALLEN Institute and I don't have internet connection. Also ALLEN Center is far from my home town, can you tell me how I can fill Application Form alternative except online? Ans. You can make a Demand Draft of Rs. 600/- in favor of "ALLEN Career Institute, Kota", payable at Ahmedabad and send it at our corporate office, Ahmedabad along with an application which contains your residential address and contact details, then we will dispatch you Application form at your address. Also you can visit your nearest 'Form Issue Counter' and can purchase ALLEN Application Form. Q.9 I am sending my Application form at ALLEN Ahmedabad center, how will I get the confirmation that my form has been accepted? Ans. Once the form is received at ALLEN center you will receive confirmation message along with your Application form number. After that you can proceed with fee deposition. For reference you can keep a photocopy of filled Application Form. Q.10 I have filled Application Form online and now I want to pay my fee but I am not able to come to ALLEN center. How can I pay my course fee? Ans. After filling online Application Form you can pay your fee online via Internet Banking or NEFT from ALLEN website. Also you can print Challan Form from ALLEN website and can pay fee via Cash, Cheque and Demand Draft in your nearest branch of HDFC Bank, AXIS Bank and Central Bank of India.
Also you can visit your nearest ALLEN Study Center and can pay your course fee there itself, showing your ALLEN Application Form Number via Cash/Cheque/Demand Draft/Debit Card-Credit Card.Q.11 I have filled online Application form and have also paid my course fee online, what do I need to bring along when I report at ALLEN center? Ans. In case you have paid your fees online via Internet Banking you have to bring along you fee receipt that you can get online from ALLEN website only. Also print Acknowledgement Form with latest photograph affixed on it with signatures of candidate and Parent.
In case you have paid your course fee via NEFT then you have to confirm fee receipt at Accounts Section showing UTR No. at ALLEN Center.
Q.12 I have filled Application Form and want to pay course fee by coming to ALLEN Institute, Ahmedabad but I can come on Sunday only. Are you open on Sunday also and can I pay fee on Sunday also? Ans. Yes we are open on Sunday and you can pay fee on Sundays too. Q.13 I have deposited fee at Rajkot Center via Cheque, how will I get a confirmation that the fee has been updated in Student’s records? Ans. You will get confirmation message over your registered mobile number when your Cheque is accepted at ALLEN and you will have to bring along your fee receipt at ALLEN Center. Q.14 I have filled online Application form and have also paid my course fee online, what do I need to bring along when I report at ALLEN center? Ans. In case you have paid your fees online via Internet Banking you have to bring along your fee receipt that you can get from ALLEN website only. Also print Acknowledgement Form with latest photograph affixed on it with signatures of candidate and Parent.

Q.15 Is there any healthcare facility for ALLEN Students? Ans. Yes we have group of reputed doctors available at ALLEN campus. Q.16 Is there any student care unit available at ALLEN? Ans. Students are taken care of by Admin Department. Q.17 Is there any hostel facility for students at ALLEN? Ans. ALLEN does not own any hostel however; there are many hostels available for boys/girls near ALLEN. You can visit and select your hostel when you reach at your ALLEN center. You can also get a list of nearby hostels from ALLEN centers. Q.18 My ward has taken admission in Pre-Medical Nurture course but is residing in area far from his class location. Does ALLEN have any conveyance facility also? Ans. Yes, the conveyance facility can be arranged for the students through a third party. You can visit our ALLEN Center and register for conveyance facility. Q.19 Will there be any vacations for students in between of their yearlong classroom sessions? Ans. For Class IX and X: No Holidays other than Diwali and National Holidays.
For Class VI to VIII: Dates will be informed after the batch commencement.
For Class XI and XII: No vacations other than Diwali and National Holidays.Q.20 I belong to Rajkot city and I have taken admission in Ahmedabad Center in class 9th. Can I change my Study Center? Ans. Yes you can change your study center by paying applicable charges in Accounts section. Q.21 What are the cost of living / charges for Boarding & Lodging for a student in Ahmedabad? Ans. For conveyance and residence there are many options in Ahmedabad City. You can come and visit here and can choose the best option suitable for you. Q.22 How will I come to know that my ward is attending his classes regularly? Ans. At ALLEN we have Attendance Monitoring cell that monitors student’s attendance and you will be informed via sms and phone call if your ward is not attending his classes regularly. Q.23 My ward is studying in ALLEN in class IX. Now on being promoted to next class does he have to fill a new Application Form? Ans. No student promoted to higher class need not to fill new Application Form. Q.24 Do you provide any demo classes? Ans. No we don’t provide any demo classes. Q.25 Why don’t you give Demo class / lecture to the students? Ans. Anyone can’t judge the teaching methodology or teaching style in one or two lectures. Also our system includes study material and doubt counters benefit of which you can take after registering for yearlong Classroom Contact Program. Q.26 How do you ensure girls’ security? Ans. We have a safety system especially for girls with timely monitoring of hostels. We also have food monitoring system, nursing care and mentoring by faculties themselves. - ABOUT PRE-MEDICAL
Q.1 What are the various courses offered in Pre-Medical at ALLEN Ahmedabad Center? Ans. Various courses are offered at Ahmedabad center in Pre-Medical for AIPMT/AIIMS and GUJCET separately:
a. Nurture Course for X to XI moving students.
b. Enthusiast Course for XI to XII moving students
c. Leader Course for 12th appeared/passed students
Q.2 Do you have any crash courses? Ans. No we don't have any crash courses. You can register for yearlong Classroom Contact Program (CCP), Distance Learning Program (DLP) or for ALLENtab.. Q.3 What are the criteria of admission in Allen? Ans. Direct admission Q.4 What medium do you consider in Pre-Medical courses at ALLEN? Ans. Classes are conducted for both English and Gujarati Medium in Pre-Medical. Gujarati medium courses are available at Maninagar centre and Naranpura centre. Q.5 I am form ASSAM and I don’t understand Hindi language, do you have classes in complete English if I take admission in English Medium? Ans. Yes the preparation will be in English only in English Medium classes. Q.6 Do you have Gujarati Medium also? Ans. Yes we have Nurture and Enthusiast courses in Gujarati Medium. Q.7 Where are you running Gujarati Medium Classes? Ans. We are running Gujarati Medium Classes at Maninagar and Naranpura Center. Q.8 Is there any preparation for NCERT and Board exams along with the preparation of Pre-Medical? Ans. Yes, our course material is developed accordingly as well as we provide Special Board classes and subjective board test are conducted during the session. Q.9 Do you provide coaching for subjects other then PCB? Ans. No. Q.10 I am taking admission in Pre-Medical Nurture Course, where my classes be scheduled? Ans. You will be receiving information from ALLEN office for the same. Q.11 What are the class timings for Pre-Medical Students? Ans. Class timings are different for different courses for different centers; please call your chosen ALLEN centre to confirm. Q.12 Class timings will be in morning and evening only or you will schedule classes at odd timings also, like till late night or early morning? Ans. The class timings will be either morning or evening. NO classes in late night or early morning will be scheduled. Q.13 What is the duration of classes at ALLEN? Ans. 5 hours Q.14 Is there any provision for changing stream, phase, course or batch? Ans. Yes the student can change their batch with different timings by proper counseling and by paying applicable fees. Changing phase, course or batch depends on the availability of seat and performance of student. Q.15 I am taking admission in Pre-Medical but I am not able to attend class from first day, are there any revision classes at ALLEN where I can cover topics that are covered till date? Ans. No, there are no revision classes at ALLEN. Though we have facility of doubt counters where students can clear their doubts and cover remaining topics. Q.16 What are the timings for doubt counter? Ans. Morning: 11:00am -11:30am / Evening: 6:30 pm – 7:00 pm for Classes XI & XII (subject to change) Q.17 I am not able to take admission in Pre-Medical Nurture Phase-I and Phase-II is too late. So how will you cover the syllabus? Ans. There is no difference in all the Phases and ALLEN’s best faculty will teach you. Some extra classes, if required, will cover your syllabus soon. Q.18 Are there any extra classes at ALLEN? Ans. As such extra classes are not a part of Classroom Courses, but some extra classes may be conducted on valid requirements as decided by faculties. Q.19 How do you communicate results to parents? Ans. Student performance report will be available on ALLEN website and also be communicated to the Parents on the mobile no. given by them in the Application Form. Also a performance report is sent to the parents 3 times a year and they can also call on our dedicated helpline numbers to know their ward's academic performance. You can also visit csat.allen.ac.in for more detailed result analysis. Q.20 On what basis the batches are shuffled? Ans. Batches are shuffled on the basis of student’s performance in their periodic tests and the objective is to keep students motivated and streamline batches are created after shuffling and same level students can study together. Q.21 Are there any motivation session for students? Ans. ALLEN conducts Orientation program and Open Session in which Directors and HODs interact with students and motivates student for their future targets and address them on common problems.. Q.22 What is Orientation session? Is there any orientation session in Pre-Medical? Ans. Orientation session is a motivational program conducted one day before course commencement date. There are orientation sessions in Pre-Medical courses. Timings and venue for orientation session will be delivered via sms to the students and will also be available at your respective ALLEN study center before 2 days of class commencement. Q.23 Do I need to bring any books with me when I come to ALLEN? Ans. ALLEN provides you complete study material that is developed in accordance to NCERT syllabus, though if you want you can bring books for your reference. Q.24 When and how I will be informed about my class timings and class venue? Ans. Students who have deposited fees will be informed with their class timings and class venue via sms 2 days before class commencement date. Q.25 Is there any procedure for taking admission in school? Ans. Yes you can take admission in school in Ahmedabad City also. There are many schools near to ALLEN where you can take admission for both 11th and 12th class. Q.26 How will student be able to synchronize between the school and ALLEN for 11th and 12th? Ans. During the academic session in 11th and 12th class, NCERT based syllabus will be covered at ALLEN only. Q.27 What is the qualification of faculties in ALLEN? Ans. At ALLEN we have best and well qualified faculties including MBBS and PHDs with at least 5-7 years of experience in Education Industry. The selection criteria are same for all. Q.28 Which center of ALLEN has best faculty for Pre-Medical? Ans. At all ALLEN centers, best and well qualified faculties are hired for Pre-Medical including MBBS and PHDs. The selection criteria are same at all Centers. Q.29 How my ward will come to know about various competitive exams while studying in ALLEN. Is there any assistance in Form Filling? Ans. Students will be informed on notice boards of their respective classrooms. Also student can consult with Pre-Medical counselors who will guide him/her for their target exams. Q.30 What will be the duration of courses and when the classes will end? Ans. The course duration is of one year and the class end date will be informed to the students on their classroom notice boards accordingly. Q.31 Will the students get vacations for school examinations? Ans. The regular classes will end before starting of school exams. Students will be notified for class ending dates. Q.32 What if my ward is not able to make balance with your schedule? Ans. If your ward is facing any problem regarding the schedule he/she can talk with their respective mentors and that will be resolved. Q.33 My ward hesitates in asking question, how will he overcome that? Ans. At ALLEN we have doubt counters where the student can clear his doubts. Q.34 My ward is very much weak, less attentive, and not at all studious. Will Allen be beneficial for him? Ans. Allen has a competitive, enthusiastic environment which will motivate him to grow in a right direction. Q.35 If a student has opted for both Biology and Mathematics than will you provide coaching for both the subjects? Ans. Student can enrol either for PCB or PCM at Allen. And the doubts pertaining to the optional subject (Either Maths or Bio) can be clarified at doubt counter with the permission of senior faculties. Q.36 Will there be any Special Batches for topper students so that faculties can focus more on them? Ans. Q.1 What is your teaching methodology? Ans. We have 3-tire development system
(a) Foundation batch, Building strong foundation by continuous and comprehensive training which leads to excellent performance of students at school level studies.
(b) Advance batch, Skill enhancement to complete various competitions like NTSE, SSTSE, NSO, IMO and various activities like conferences, seminar at different national and international levels.
(c) Excellent batch, interning students for various government Olympiads. NSEJS/B/A/C/P, RMO, NMTC which will add an asset to their profile and help them to conquer their goals.
Q.2 Do you teach them extra for the Olympiads exam? Ans. No, we don’t teach extra for the Olympiads as our module and our teaching methodology contains the entire relevant syllabus necessary for exams. Q.3 Is there any crash course in ALLEN? Ans. No, there are no crash courses provided by Allen. There are only two types of Courses at Allen: Classroom Contact Programme (CCP) and Distance Learning Programme (DLP). Q.4 Do you provide coaching for all subjects? Ans. We provide classes for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths, English, SST and Mental Ability. Q.5 What is the duration of classes at ALLEN? Ans. Duration for Class is of 4 hours including doubt session of 30 Min. Q.6 Do you provide any Demo classes? Ans. No we don’t provide any demo class. Q.7 Is there any provision for changing phase or batch? Ans. Yes the student can change their batch with different timings by proper counseling/Permission and by paying applicable fees. Changing phase or batch depends on the availability of seat and performance of student. Q.8 Is there any orientation session in Pre-Nurture? Ans. Yes there is orientation session in Pre-Nurture courses. Timings and venue for orientation session will be conveyed through SMS to the enrolled students and will also be available 2 days prior to class commencement date at ALLEN center. Q.9 What is the importance of competitive examinations in the career of a student? Ans. As far as a student of PNCF i.e., studying in class 10th or below are concerned, competitive examination at this stage : -
(1) Helps to identify the aptitude of a student i.e., in which academic area he or she can excel. For example, after giving various govt./pvt Olympiads & National talent search exams, according to his/her performance, a student & his/her parents may get a clear idea that he/she may go for Engineering after class 10th.
(2) Giving competitive exams from early classes develops competitive temperament & confidence of the student.
(3) A student also comes to know where he ranks at National and International Level.
Q.10 How can parents gauge their ward's performance? Ans. All the results are promptly displayed at our website- www.allen.ac.in and sent through SMS to the Parents. Q.11 How do you help students in preparing for competitive exams? Ans. In PNCF i.e.in early classes, first motive is to develop strong concepts in every subject. Those students once develops the strong foundations are trained at advance level (i.e., higher level) targeting various competitive exams like NSO, IMO, NSTSE, NTSE, etc. A very few students who are ahead of their time & shows skills to work very hard are trained at excellent level for govt. Olympiads like Juniors science Olympiad (IJSO), Biology Olympiad (IBO), etc. Q.12 Along with school studies what kind of preparation you are providing to develop my ward? Ans. A student who Joins Allen PNCF first get strong insight in concepts required to strengthen insight in every subjects that are taught at Allen. He/she develops confidence to study in groups/completive environment; developing accuracy & competitive temperament by appearing in regular tests. Allen helps student to perform better than his/her previous classes but depending on his aptitude & hard work a student can reach to any height. For example, our students have cracked junior science Olympiad exams in class6, 7, 8th international biology Olympiads in class 10th. Overall a student’s improves a lot, the scale of that improvement depend from student to student. Q.13 What is the schedule of test of Pre-Nurture? Ans. Test will be conducted on Alternate Sundays. Q.14 Is it sufficients for me to concentrate on ALLEN study materials alone to attain my goal or do I need other supplements? Ans. For all kinds of exams (school exams/competitive exams/Olympiads), Allen PNCF has developed very fine quality study material that do not require any further supplement. However, a student can refer books if he/she solves Allen modules & his/her school books. Q.15 Will you provide accommodation to students? Ans. We don't have any own hostel facility for students, but yes we assist students by providing them details of Hostel accommodation available in the area. Q.16 If my ward is not interested in medical or engineering, is it beneficial for him to be in Allen? Ans. Yes, here is nurturing and aptitude finding of an individual’s; it may be in field of charted accountancy or administrative service because we groom academically in such a way that will help your ward in knowing their skills and aptitudes. Q.17 Do you basically focus on Maths and Science? Ans. No, other subject also such as English, SST and Mental Ability is also being taught that is must for any competitive exams. Q.18 Do you provide individual subject class also? Ans. No. Q.19 Can you minimize the class time to 2hrs. ? Ans. No, as classes are running alternatively so at least 4hrs are required for the proper delivering of content. Q.20 What if the syllabus at ALLEN does not matches with what is taught in schools? Ans. Student can ask for extra classes from the faculties and can also cover at the doubt counters. Q.21 What if I don’t find any improvement in school grades? Ans. Weekly test and races will build a strong foundation and will definitely improve his grades; if not than we arrange improvement batches. In classes we find out of weak point of students than after improvement on weak points. Q.22 My ward is very much weak, less attentive, and not at all studious. Will Allen be beneficial for him? Ans. Allen has a competitive, enthusiastic environment which will motivate him to grow in a right direction. Q.23 How you differentiate average and above average students? Ans. A Batch allocation test is conducted on a day before the class commencement. On the basis of performance of the test batches are decide accordingly.
According to result 3 batches are Foundation, Advance & Excellent.
Foundation Batches – These batches are for the average students naming FT1, FT2 i.e., Foundation Tenth In this batch NCERT syllabus is covered.
Advance Batches – These Batches are for brilliant students who are far more intelligent than Foundation naming AT1, AT2 i.e., Advance Tenth. In this Batch NCERT syllabus is covered along with Olympiads. The main focus is on various Olympiads conducted by various organizations.
Excellent Batches – This batch is a target for the Olympiads like NTSE etc. In these batches after the course completion of SA2 preparation for the next session is also done.
Q.24 Do you give homework? Ans. Yes we provide races & DPR practice. Q.25 Do you teach computer & Sanskrit/ Hindi? Ans. No. Q.26 Is batch allotted once in starting test will remain same till end of session? Ans. Batch shuffling depends on the performance of the student. Then also if a student wants to change his/her batch than he needs to take permission first. Q.27 Is evaluation pattern different for different kind of batches? Ans. Foundation Batch Minor Test is held in every 15 day means twice in a month based on NCERT. While in Advance & Excellent batch Minor Test are held every week in which two are based on NCERT Syllabus and two are based on Olympiads preparation.

Q.28 Can I pay the fees in instalments? Ans. The fee structure in PNCF courses is Lumpsum only. Q.29 Why have you kept Sunday classes as our child gets only one day free from their hectic schedule? Ans. As we have reduced our class time from four hours to two and half hours and there we generally focus on math and science syllabus and Sunday we can cover the social science and English. Further we tell them that our English and SS faculties are their all 7 days so students can come at their convenient time and ask their doubts which they have missed in their regular class. Q.30 Where are Olympiads certificate used? Ans. Basically they are used for taking admission in reputed as well as foreign universities and it also develops their application skills. Q.31 Why numbers of teaching hours are reduced? Ans. We have reduced no. of teaching hours only in class 6th, 7th and 8th as they are still young and they have less concentration. Q.32 Why don’t you take fees in installments? Ans. We have a standard policy throughout. As we have thousands of students studying at our institute and it becomes difficult for us to change the policy. Q.33 What is the Phase-1, Phase-2 & Phase-3? Ans. The classes for Phase-1 scheduled to start from 6th April 2015
Phase-2 scheduled to start from 5th May 2015.
Note: In Phase-2 frequently of classes is more in compare to Phase-1.
Phase-3 scheduled to start from 2nd October 2015.
Note: In Phase-3 only we complete SA-2 syllabus.Q.34 Do you have separate classes for ICSE and CBSE students? Ans. Yes. ICSE students are enrolled to our advance batch with a screening test. The lecture plan that we will follow in advance batch is that we will complete 70% of syllabus in class, rest 30% the student need to take an initiative themselves, so that they can clear their doubts in “Doubt counters” or “Taking prior appointment from the concerned facility. Q.35 Do you have separate batches for GSEB? Ans. Yes we have separate batches in GSEB for class IX and X. Q.36 Can a student of Gujarat Board sit along with CBSE Students? Ans. Yes Q.37 How do you assign advance and foundation batch? Ans. Through regular minor and major tests and feedback of faculties students are assigned their batches. Q.38 Why we give our ward in class 6th, 7th in ALLEN? Ans. Q.40 In PNCF why entrance exam is made compulsory? Ans. Basically there was no other mode of scholarship for PNCF other then Tallentex and Olympiads. This would give opportunity to gain scholarship on their fees. Secondly, student performance in ASAT is considered to assign foundation batch or advance batch after STD 8th. Q.41 Do ICSE Board Students have separate batches? Ans. As such we don’t have so much strength, we assure to give full attention to their boards on counters separately. We already had some students last year who are highly satisfied. Q.42 My ward is studying in 9th class at ALLEN Rajkot Center. Can he change his Study center to Ahmedabad Center later on? Ans. Yes the student can change his study center to any other ALLEN Center after proper counseling and by paying the applicable charges. Q.43 What is the duration of course in Pre-Nurture? Ans. The courses will be completed in January and after that revision classes will start. Q.44 Does your course comply with school syllabus? Ans. We teach according to CBSE pattern and approximately all things matches to your school pattern but sometimes if not match then you can come on our doubt counters. Q.45 It is necessary to come between for 4:00 to 04:30 for doubt. Or any time if he wants to come? Ans. This is official time in which all the respective faculties will be available for the doubt counters. Apart from the above mentioned time a student have will to take permission from the respective faulty. Q.46 I had appeared in ASAT but have not qualified it yet. Q.1 What is ASAT? Ans. ASAT stands for ALLEN Scholarship cum Admission Test. ASAT is required in PNCF courses, IIT-JEE NURTURE and IIT-JEE LEADER Course. For taking admission in these courses student has to qualify ASAT first. Q.2 What are the criteria of ALLEN Scholarship cum Admission Test (ASAT)? Ans. ASAT is conducted for IIT-JEE (NURTURE and EHTHUSIAST) and PNCF courses at Ahmedabad Center with below criteria:
(a). Test pattern: Objective for both IIT-JEE and PNCF courses.
(b). Syllabus: IIT NCERT syllabus of Class IX & X and IQ. IIT ENTHUSIAST: NCERT Syllabus of Class XI and IQ. PNCF: NCERT Syllabus of Science, Maths of previous class attended with IQ.
(c). Test Duration: 2 Hrs. (01:00 PM to 03:00 PM).
(d). Test Result: Within a Week after Test date. It will available on our website www.allen.ac.in
(e). Negative Marking: -1 mark for every wrong answer other than Mental Ability.
Q.3 Do you provide any sample paper of ASAT? Ans. Yes, you can get ASAT sample papers from ALLEN website. Kindly click here for ASAT sample papers. Q.4 I want to take admission in IIT-JEE NURTURE course and want to appear in next ASAT. Do I have to select Mathematics or Biology in Part-II? Ans. If you are appearing in ASAT for IIT-JEE then you have to select Mathematics and for Pre-Medical you have to select Biology. For PNCF courses you can attempt any one of Mathematics or Biology. Q.5 I am not qualified in the ASAT; can I appear in next ASAT? Ans. Yes, you can appear in next ASAT by purchasing new Application Form. Q.6 Can a student appear in more than one ASAT? Ans. Every time a student appears in ASAT he/she will have to purchase a new Application Form. Q.7 If my ward is not satisfied with ASAT result can he/she appear for the second chance and which result will be considered? Ans. Yes, the student can appear in next ASAT also by filling new Application Form. Later the student can take admission with any of the ASAT result. Q.8 How will I get admit card for ASAT? Ans. You can download ASAT Admit card 4 days prior to ASAT date from ALLEN website. Q.9 What are the criteria of scholarship in ASAT? Ans. Scholarship in ASAT solely depends on student performance in test. Q.10 How do we come to know about our ASAT result? Ans. ASAT result will be announced on ALLEN website within seven days of test. Confirmation message will be sent to your over your registered mobile number.. Q.11 My ward wants to appear in ASAT but can’t come to Ahmedabad Center, is there any other ASAT center other than Ahmedabad? Ans. Yes, you can appear in any of our All India ASAT Test centers. Q.13 I want to take admission in last phase so do I have to appear in ASAT just before class commencement date or I can appear in any ASAT? Ans. You, can appear in any ASAT falling before class commencement date. Q.14 I had filled online Application Form for IX class phase-I for the last ASAT conducted but I was not able to appear in that ASAT. Do I need to fill new Application Form for next ASAT or can appear in next ASAT with same Application Form? Ans. You can appear in next ASAT with same form number in case you have not appeared in last ASAT. Before that you’ll have to submit request online via email or you can visit ALLEN Center and change your ASAT date. Q.15 My ward wants to take admission in 9th class. Is it necessary to appear in ASAT or he can take direct admission? Ans. It’s necessary to appear in ASAT. Direct admission is not allowed in courses in which admission mode is through ASAT. Though, if the student is TALLENTEX qualified he is eligible to take direct Admission. Q.16 I had appeared in last ASAT for IIT-JEE NURTURE Course for Rajkot center and have got 20% scholarship; can I now take admission in Ahmedabad Center? Ans. Yes, you can take admission in Ahmedabad Center on the basis of ASAT of Rajkot Center but you can’t avail scholarship of Rajkot Center in Ahmedabad. - About Fee Structure/Payment
Q.1 My ward wants to take admission in ALLEN but will not be able to come before class commencement so is there any other way I can pay fees? Ans. Yes, you can pay the fees either online via Internet Banking or can make online transfer via NEFT. For NEFT please refer ALLEN website ‘how to apply’.
You can also pay via Cash in any branch of either Central Bank of India, Axis Bank or HDFC Bank in your hometown by downloading Challan from ALLEN website.
Q.2 I will not be able to bring Cash to pay fee. What other modes are available to pay at ALLEN center? Ans. You can pay by Cheque or Demand Draft issued in favor of 'ALLEN Career Institute, Kota' or can also pay by Credit-Card/Debit Card. Though, in Card payment bank charges: 1.5% (for payment of below Rs. 50000/-) and 2% (for payment of above Rs. 50000/-) are applicable.
Also you can make online payment through Internet Banking or RTGS. Details for the same are available on our website.
Q.3 Can I pay my fee in three installments? Ans. No, you can pay your fee in either Lumpsum or two Installments as mentioned in ALLEN website or detailed brochure. Q.4 I am eligible for ASAT Scholarship how much amount do I have to pay after deducting scholarship? Ans. ASAT scholarship can be availed either at the time of registration on Lumpsum amount or at the time of paying second installment on total amount. You can get your detailed fee Challan from ALLEN website. Q.5 I wish to pay fee for both Nurture and Enthusiast Course at once, can I get any consideration in fee? Ans. No, there is no provision of paying fee for two years at once. You can pay fee for first year only, second year fee will be payable next year only. Q.6 What is the minimum amount I have to pay to confirm my admission at ALLEN? Ans. You will have to pay at least first installment to confirm your admission at ALLEN. Q.7 I have qualified last ASAT for IIT-NURTURE Course, when can I pay my course fee? Ans. You can pay your course fee two days before the class commencement date. Q.8 I have purchased and filled Application Form from ALLEN Form Issue Counter Agra and will send my Application Form via courier to ALLEN Ahmedabad Center. Can I send along Demand Draft/Cheque of Lumpsum amount also? Ans. Yes, you can send Application Form by courier along with Demand Draft/Cheque of First Installment or Lumpsum Fee if entrance test is not applicable in your course.
In case ASAT is applicable in your course you will have to first qualify ASAT and then you can send the Cheque/Demand Draft by deducting the scholarship, if any.
Q.9 I am taking admission in Pre-Medical Nurture course at Ahmedabad Center. Can I pay course fee at Rajkot Center? Ans. Yes, you can deposit course Application Form as well as course fee at Bhilwara Center through Cheque/Demand Draft. Q.10 My ward is not well and would not be able to continue his classes at ALLEN. Can I send refund request through email? Ans. No, for refund you have to come to ALLEN Center or you can download refund form from our website, www.allen.ac.in, and submit the refund form within the prescribed time or before last date of refund. No request of refund over email will be entertained. Q.11 What are your refund policies? Ans. At ALLEN we have one month refund policy as mentioned on our website and in our detailed brochure. The student/parent has to apply for refund within the mentioned dates in our refund policy. No request after that date will be entertained.
